  I arrived at … More Fiji 5 minutes before my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly woman who was working in reception and she told me to take a seat and within a couple of minutes Chloe came and took me to the therapy room downstairs.
  I really like the decor and aesthetic layout of the clinic and it makes for a more pleasant experience.
  The machine used for my laser hair removal for my lower face is the Soprano Platinum Ice , which is my first time experiencing this being used on me.
  A cooling gel was applied in sections to my face and Chloe throughly ran the laser over it which made the process more comfortable and I only felt a slight tingle which is good as I have very thick coarse jet black hair so I’m sure people with hair not like mine would feel nothing.
  Overall I like the laser Fiji use and it feels like I will get better results compared to some of the more common machines other clinics use.
  My second session with Chloe is on Sunday 28th December 10:00am and it was booked before leaving the clinic and a reminder sent to my phone.
  I am looking forward to my next session at Fiji and getting rid of my unwanted hair. See you in 4 weeks time. Shaib 🫡

  I was seen by Beth who completed a skin review with images and talked me through each one.
  I was also shown the original image of the vein I has lasered on my nose the last time compared to today which was good to see there was a good reduction in redness.
  I then had my 2nd laser treatment completed by Beth who was friendly and knowledgeable throughout and talked me through everything.
  I’ve arranged another appointment in January that may or may not be needed depending on how my results go over the next few weeks.

She always immediately puts you at ease with her warm, down to earth nature, as do the rest of the team. The clinic is beautiful, feels private and luxe. Kay really knows skincare and is sincere and passionate about offering the correct treatments and products that will get the best results for you. Kay is also an expert on improving your skin from the inside out, with knowledge on supplements and gut health from her background in colonic hydrotherapy. Clinical skincare can be costly, so it’s lovely to feel confident you won’t be wasting money on treatments that are just not suitable for your skin type. The clinic really does offer the best skin treatments out there at the moment. I had my first Morpheus8 treatment (look it up on the website!) with Beth, who again, like Kay, really knows her stuff and I felt incredibly safe in her professional hands. I am excited to see the results and continue my skincare journey with Fiji!!
